从基础原理、材料及器件层面进行根本性创新研究:

1)基于微纳结构的光场调控技术及集成光子器件研究:

超构表面/超材料、集成光波导与微腔、混合材料异质集成(包括发光聚合物、二维材料、纳米材料与氮化硅波导材料)、新型微纳激光器

2)新型光信息处理、光通信技术及光电集成芯片研究:

新应用场景下的光信息传输、涡旋光束(OAM)与自加速光束(弯曲光束)的光信息处理和光通信新原理新技术与新器件
